What the product supports now, what stays session-only, and what is not offered.
A software-engineering interview-preparation workspace with public learning, deliberate practice, optional account-backed planning and attempts when account storage is available, and optional community paths.
Public preparation content is browsable without an account. Engineering Foundry does not currently offer an active checkout or paid plan.
No account is needed to browse public learning or use session-only tools. When account storage is available, sign in to save plans, progress, private attempts and mock reviews, interview and application data, moderated experience submissions, and profile or settings data. Each tool labels browser-only work separately.
Choose DSA, System Design, ML System Design, or Behavioral; then run a structured solo session or use the candidate and interviewer packets with a peer you already have. Engineering Foundry does not currently match or schedule users.
The current public tool helps you draft a referral request locally in your browser, then copy it to share through a channel you choose. Engineering Foundry does not currently match people, route requests, verify employment, or track decisions.
No. Engineering Foundry does not guarantee referrals, interviews, or employment outcomes.
Use the public Referrer Toolkit to draft a local availability card, set review boundaries, follow a neutral checklist, and copy response templates. It does not create a profile, enroll you in a service, or provide authenticated routing.
Choose an original DSA, System Design, ML System Design, or Backend Engineering scenario; prepare the requested deliverable; reveal guidance if needed; self-review qualitatively; and optionally copy a session-only solution summary. Discord discussion is optional. No official competition, submission collection, judging, prize, or winner program is running.
No. The leaderboard route is an honest Recognition Preview with no users, scores, ranks, or activity rows. Any recognition program would require actual recorded participation, transparent rules, moderation where needed, and opt-in public visibility.
Approved contributor reports with publication consent can appear publicly. When account storage is available, signed-in contributors can save private drafts and submit them for moderation. The separate company reflection builder remains session-only.
Engineering Foundry encourages high-level process, topic, and reflection context - not proprietary question wording, confidential assessments, interviewer identities, or private material.
When account storage is available, a signed-in draft saved from the main Interview Experiences page is account-backed and stays private until you submit it. Unsaved form edits and the separate company reflection builder are session-only.
When their services are configured, private feedback and moderated interview-experience reports are available contribution paths. Discord supports optional discussion. Resource, challenge, mentorship, and review contribution programs are not currently offered.
Use any Join Discord button on the site. The destination is centrally configured so it can be updated without changing every page.
