Practical support guidance for the current product boundary, with a private feedback path when something still needs attention.
Engineering Foundry does not ask for passwords, tokens, confidential interview questions, or private employer material in support reports.
Use sign in, password reset, and account settings first. Never send a password, recovery code, access token, or session cookie in feedback.
Check that you are signed in to the intended account. Public, session-only tools say so on the page; refreshing those tools may clear unsaved work.
Paid plans and billing support are not offered in the current release. Do not send payment information through feedback.
Use the privacy controls in account settings for export or deletion. Private feedback is operational data and is visible only to authorized operators.
If a diagram or progress view is hard to read, include the route, device, browser, zoom level, and assistive technology - without copying private worksheet content.
Send private feedback and choose the category that best matches the problem. A successful submission provides a reference; it does not promise a response time.
Do not publish exploit details, credentials, or personal data in Discord, GitHub Issues, or the public changelog. Use the private feedback path and choose Privacy / safety.
